Extremely disappointing. I think the site / page the product detail distorts the voice. R rthe condition of the packaging and presentation of guard was unacceptable. The clock 's presentation box arrived in a white box security light that had been previously opened and resealed several times as indicated by the general conditions and jaggedly cut tape. Inside this box was a red presentation box scuffed and Instructional DVD and manual folio. This leaflet is not a traditional certificate of authenticity / warranty card from the manufacturer, Cartier. The watch itself has also been used in what appears to be conditions: 1) the band was strangely bent / folded and looked worn; 2) a cheap plastic was wrapped around his face - clearly for the protection, but ominous grinding and hardly would be the way Cartier has shipped to a dealer. R rit is my belief that this watch was neither a return to the customer, purchased from Amazon.com through the gray market 'or both channels. I have since learned that Amazon.com is not an authorized dealer of Cartier watches. Sure, I should have more depth before proceeding to purchase from Amazon. R rI promptly returned and went to my local shop to get the Cartier watch. The peace of mind in knowing that I have a genuine Cartier watch covered by manufacturer's warranty and service guarantee is much more useful to me than saving.
